This is enough gas for the full day service under normal circumstances. You do not need to worry about fueling the jet skis; we will do that after the booking. The renter is responsible for any gas used, beyond the initial full tank provided at delivery.  Running out of gas and becoming stranded will incur additional charges.  We will accept most forms of electronic payment. HEALTH: We disinfect and clean the jet skis thoroughly after each use. We ensure that the jet skis will be sanitary and look good as new upon your arrival. SAFETY: Multiple size life jackets are available for use at the time of delivery and are included in the jet ski rentals; however you are more than welcome to bring your own, if you prefer.  The jet skis are also equipped with first aid kits and fire extinguishers. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: All renters are subject to a damage deposit of $500 that is refundable to the renter's card if the jet skis are returned with no damage. The person that booked will need to sign a rental agreement on the day of the booking along with a walk-through acknowledgment that represents the current condition of the skis. QUALIFICATIONS: If you, the renter, or anyone driving the boat/jet ski was born before September 1, 1993 you DO NOT need any type of boaters license or boaters safety card. If you were born after September 1, 1993 you will NEED to take an $11 course/quiz online before driving the boat/jet ski (this is the least expensive one available in Texas, via BoatUS.com). You will be required to present the certification prior to operation, since law enforcement will require it to be presented if stopped. Cancellation Policy: Full refund up to 5 days prior. Additional Terms & Information: CANCELLATION & WEATHER POLICY: You are eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel at least 5 days prior to your departure date. If you cancel with less than 5 days until your departure date, you are not subject to a refund. Light rain and cloudy skies do not result in cancellation or a refund. If "weather.com" shows at least an 80% chance for thunderstorms during any period of your trip, we will offer you a full refund. -At NO time will alcohol consumption be allowed while operating the Jet Ski(s). If you are found to have consumed alcohol while renting the jet ski(s) your reservation will be immediately cancelled and your payment will NOT be refunded.
