No Unruly Behavior: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards others and the vessel's crew at all times. Captain Reserves the Right to Terminate Charter: The captain has the authority to terminate the charter if guests' actions jeopardize the safety of the vessel or its occupants. Unsafe Actions Prohibited: Any behavior that compromises the safety of guests, crew, or the boat itself, such as diving in shallow waters or reckless maneuvering, is strictly prohibited. Weather Conditions: In case of adverse weather conditions that could pose a risk to the safety of the charter, the captain may alter the itinerary or suspend activities. Mechanical Failure: In the event of a mechanical failure that affects the boat's ability to operate safely, the captain may suspend the charter until repairs are made. Life Jacket Compliance: All passengers must comply with wearing life jackets when directed by the crew, especially during emergency situations. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in enclosed areas and should only be done in designated smoking areas on deck, following proper disposal of cigarette butts. No Fishing No Jumping from Unspecified Areas: Guests should only jump into the water from designated areas and when it's safe to do so. No Unauthorized Use of Equipment: Guests should not operate any vessel equipment, including navigation instruments or machinery, without proper authorization and instruction from the crew. Keep Common Areas Tidy: Guests are responsible for keeping common areas clean and tidy, disposing of trash properly, and following recycling guidelines. Respect Wildlife and Marine Life: Guests should admire and enjoy marine life from a distance and avoid any actions that could harm or disturb them. Obey Local Laws and Regulations: Guests must adhere to all local laws, regulations, and customs while in the charter destination. No Pets: Unless explicitly permitted by the charter agreement, pets are not allowed on board. Use of Personal Watercraft (e.g., jet skis): If personal watercraft are available on the boat, guests must follow the specific guidelines and safety instructions provided by the crew. Privacy and Confidentiality: Guests should respect the privacy and confidentiality of other guests and the crew while onboard. Emergency Procedures: Guests must familiarize themselves with emergency procedures, such as fire drills and man-overboard protocols, as instructed by the crew. Guest Count Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed on board should not exceed the boat's capacity, as specified in the charter agreement.
