Important Reminders: • We are only available with a Captain. • The minimum charter is 2 hours, 4 hours maximum. • Six passengers are the absolute maximum. • Passenger boarding and drop off occurs at the Los Angeles County charter dock at Fisherman's Village in Marina del Rey • The yacht may be chartered between 10 am and 9 pm, not overnight. If you want a multi-day charter then you must arrange your own overnight accommodations. • Non-smoking vessel. Marijuana and thc products are illegal on a boat. US Federal Law. You may not use these products or be in possession of any drugs while on our vessel. • Only passengers over 21 years old may consume alcohol in moderation while on the boat. Passengers consuming alcohol must show ID to the captain. • Once a charter has been booked and paid for, cancellations or reschedules are not allowed. Please be certain of your date and time before booking. There are no refunds. • Don't be late! We cannot wait longer than 10 minutes after your charter start time. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early. Please do not request exceptions to the above. They will not be accommodated. The boat is a fully legal charter boat operating out of Marina del Rey and complies fully with all Federal, State and County Regulations. By booking a charter on our vessel you agree to follow all laws and regulations. Rates: • 2-Hours: $900 • 3-Hours: $1,400 • 4-Hours: $1,800 Rates include captain, fuel for slow-speed cruising, and up to six passengers. Gratuity (20% suggested) is not included and payable directly to your captain. What To Expect Onboard: We are a fully licensed charter boat in Marina del Rey, CA owned and operated. Our boat is a 31-foot Sea Ray Sundancer powerboat. Amenities include comfortable built-in seating with a wet bar and cocktail table in the cockpit area. The boat also has a cabin that contains a full-sized bathroom with a toilet and sink. The cabin also has a dining table and lounge area with a refrigerator and microwave and a sink with hot and cold running water. Boarding of the boat is simple because there is a large platform at the rear of the boat, just one step from the dock to the boat. There are no ladders or steps to climb. The bow area is large and comfortable for sunbathing. We have a swim platform if you would like to take a dip in the ocean. After you are finished swimming, the swim platform has a handheld shower with fresh hot water to rinse yourself off. The boat has passed the Passenger Vessel examination by the USCG and is loaded with all USCG required safety equipment including Type 1 Commercial Life Vests for all passengers, VHF Marine Radio, A Commercial Life Ring, First Aid Kit, etc. Charter pricing includes the following: • USCG Licensed Captain • Up to six passengers • Fuel for relaxed cruising* • Los Angeles County charter taxes If you have any questions, we can answer those through GetMyBoat’s messaging platform before you pay.
