We are a family owned and operated business.  Our mission is to serve the Lake Conroe area residents and visitors by showing them to a great time on the water.  Safety is our top priority and as we take precautions to insure your safety, we expect you to do the same for your party and other customers of ours as well.  Please understand our Terms and Conditions below.  Although beer and wine are permitted, intoxication is not, and will result in ending your ride time.  Any intoxicated member of your party will end the boating experience for all, so please discuss this with everyone in your party.  Anyone consuming excessive alcohol will not be permitted on the tube.  Tube first, drink later!    Nudity will not be tolerated and will result in ending your ride time.  Any member of your party who "flashes" or removes their bathing suit will end the boating experience for all, so please discuss this with everyone in your party.    Jumping off the boat while it is in motion is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and could result in injury or even death.  NEVER jump from a moving vessel.  If someone is overboard and needs assistance, a throwable life preserver will be thrown to them, or your pilot will give instructions, but under no circumstances should you jump out of the boat while the motor is running.  Knowing a few simple rules will help you stay safe  and have the best time on Lake Conroe.  Please see our Policies below.  CANCELATION AND RAIN CHECK POLICIES & FAQS ARRIVAL TIME Please arrive to your boat charters 10 minutes prior to your reservation in Conroe, Willis, or Montgomery to maximize your boating experience, tubing, and cruise time. All Cruises begin at the reserved time slot. You will be considered a "no-show" 15 minutes after your reserved time and will be charged the full amount.  Please notify us immediately if you are running late.  Captain Ben prides himself on being punctual, however in the event of an unavoidable delay on our part, your time will begin once the boat leaves the dock. CANCELATION POLICY   Reservations must be canceled for boat charters at least 48 hours prior to your reserved time slot. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full reservation amount.  You are responsible for the time of your reservation. No-shows will be charged for the full reservation amount.  RAIN OUT POLICY   If we determine it is too dangerous for cruises or tubing, or if it starts raining or weather conditions become dangerous during boat charters, we will issue you a Rain Check Credit for the unused portion of your reservation. Keep in mind that weather conditions in each location may vary.  If its raining in Conroe, it may not be in Willis or Montgomery. You are responsible for the time of your reservation. No shows will be charged for the full reservation amount.
