Llevar ropa adecuada y cómoda para pasar una jornada en mar. Hay que llevar al menos una prenda de abrigo impermeable, calzado de suela de goma que coja todo el pie, gorra con visera o sombrero y una muda de ropa. Llevar crema protectora solar que se aplicará al inicio de la actividad. Si se sospecha que se puede sufrir mareo a bordo, se recomienda tomar algún medicamento para evitarlo, previo al inicio de la actividad.Los pasajeros deberán llevar su propio almuerzo. En caso de no acudir el día de la actividad o no anular 24 horas antes de ella, supondrá la pérdida total del importe de la reserva. En caso de cancelación por parte de Tripandfeel, debido a climatología u otros factores, se podrá posponer la salida a otra fecha o devolver el pago en su totalidad. La no presentación por parte del cliente en el lugar, fecha y hora convenida en la reserva no dará derecho a devolución de ninguna clase.
