Boat Rental Policy Reservations and Payments: All reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. The total rental cost is required to confirm the reservation. Cancellations: Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a 50% retention of the advance payment. Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions will be rescheduled or receive a 70% refund. No-shows and Tardiness: Customers who fail to show up at the agreed time without prior notice will forfeit the advance payment, and the reservation will be considered canceled. A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed for late arrivals. After this time, the reservation will be considered canceled, and no refunds will be issued. Liability and Safety: Customers are responsible for the safety of the boat and for complying with all maritime and safety regulations. A brief orientation on the safe use of the boat will be required before departure. Damages and Losses: Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the boat during the rental period. A refundable security deposit will be withheld at the time of booking to cover potential damages. The deposit will be returned once the boat is inspected and confirmed to be undamaged. Age and License: Drivers must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid boating license, if applicable. Usage Restrictions: Consumption of drugs during the rental period is prohibited. The boat must be operated within specified geographical limits and according to safe weather conditions.
