Standard cleaning fees are included with the initial rental payment, however, if the Guest's Departure Responsibilities are not followed and/or the unit is left in an excessively unclean manner, the Guest will be responsible for additional cleaning charges to include but not limited to, deep clean, professional carpet cleaning and furniture cleaning, if applicable. The additional charge will depend on the services needed and will be applied to the card on file.  Bad weather: If there is lightening, heavy rains, or dangerous winds we will have to cancel the charter. If you are out on your charter and this happens, we will have to bring the boat back to the dock. The boat is still permitted to go out in light rain. Please note that we make the decision on weather, not the customer.
