Captain or Operator of the Vessel must be over 25 years old and have proper driver license and able to operate simple machinery equipment or Vessel, captain or operator of the vessel must not be under influence of alcohol or drugs of any kind while operating a vessel at any time. Safety is number one priority while boating. Weather change cancelation does not get refund back but does have 180 days to rebook the trip with no cost to renter, late or no show will be deducted from security allowance by hourly up to 3hrs, Boat renter is required to be responsible for there own safety and passenger on board while out on the lake fallowing all lake rules and regulations at all time is mandatory, Renter will be responsible for any damage to the boat while Renting, minor damage will be deduct form security allowance up to $1000 For repairs, Vessel fuel tank will be full when renter pick up when return vessel Will be refill and any charge will come out of security allowance NO SMOKING IN CABIN
