The canoeing is the star activity of Eastern Asturias. It is a fun activity that can be done alone, in pairs or groups... Departures are daily between 11 and 13 hours in our office Arriodnas (leaving direction Arriondas Cangas de Onis, first roundabout). Tours Sella river descent by canoe: Generally, all courses have the same level of difficulty with fast level I and II along its route. All that changes are the kilometers to go: Arriondas - Triongo : (4 km.) 1:30 hours. Arriondas - Toraño: (. 7 km) Ideal for those who only have half a day, also for large groups and for those who go with children. Duration: 2 hours. Arriondas - Omedina: (. 14 km) This is the complete route, ideal for leisurely down the river and enjoying all day. Duration: 4 hours.
