   It's a bit windy but we all enjoyed the view and how friendly and professional Andrew is. He was very kind in helping my friend who has sea sickness. I had a wonderful birthday today on the boat even though it was cold. Also, they kindly waited for me to arrive due to unexpected traffic jam.

   Fantastic boat, wonderful captain, and Amal made sure we had a great experience. We had some minor issues with the on-boat toilet but overall good experience.

   We booked this trip as part of a Bachelorette party and it was the highlight of the weekend! Amal was so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Our Captain, John, was so nice and clearly had a lot of experience on the water. It was a bit choppy when we went but he was able to maneuver the boat with ease and make sure we all stayed safe and have a good time. I would definitely recommend this boat and company if youre looking for a fun boat ride with friendly staff!

   We could not have had a better experience. Amal provided great communication, easy access to boat, boat was very clean, spacious and suited our needs perfectly. Our Captain, John, was really nice, answered all our questions and considering the water was a bit choppy did a fantastic job giving us as smooth a ride as possible. We took a sunset cruise and the views were simply amazing. Would highly recommend and hope to charter with Amal again in the future!

   We had a wonderful bachelor party on Mermaid,Amal was super nice,prepared everything we needed,answered every question that we had ,being patient with us,Cap Arjen is professional,thoughtful and care about all the passengers! The Mermaid is clean and beautiful,strongly recommend,looking forward to come back soon,thank you so much all!
