   We received great service and attention from the entire team, including management and the crew. The boat was also perfect for a day trip. Unfortunately, Playa Norte was quite crowded with many boats, which meant we could not find a good spot and were unable to fully enjoy the paddleboards or swim in the shallow waters. Despite this, we had a very positive experience and highly recommend their services.

   I brought seven girlfriends to Isla Mujeres for my bachelorette weekend and decided to rent a boat from Dino & Jessed, and had a wonderful experience. The boat was great, everyone was professional and communication was top-tier. On the morning of our boat there ended up being a lot of rain, and they were extremely flexible with us as we navigated moving times around. With that said, the only blip of our experience was the boat ended up running late and we weren’t sure where to find it, and there was a lot of confusion around that. But once the boat finally got there, we had a wonderful experience, a great time, the staff was very attentive. We are so grateful and would definitely rent a boat from them again!!

   Our 6-hour adventure with 13 people could not have been better. The price was very reasonable. The boat was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the perfect size for our needs. The 2-man crew took us wherever we wanted to go, made thoughtful suggestions, and worked tirelessly to make sure our every request was fulfilled.    It was an amazing trip. The team was very friendly and helpful. We had a few elderly members who cannot swim, they came with us and stayed the whole time taking care of the elderly. The boat was in great condition, super clean just as picture. Alex was also very flexible with timing as we had last minute change due to some delays. Thank you for the great experience!!!
