   Top notch experience. We have rented boats in many cities this was by far one of the most relaxing experiences we have had. Teli made even us booking last minute a breeze was super informative and helpful. Captain Thomas was amazing, he was extremely kind, let us know important sites on our tour. All needs were met. 20/10 will definitely be rebooking

   We had an amazing experience on the SF Bay for the 4th of July fireworks show! The boat was perfect, and Captain Sam was fantastic — friendly, professional, and made everyone feel safe and taken care of. It was such a special night and an unforgettable way to see the fireworks. Highly recommend!

   For my wife's birthday, I booked a 3-hour cruise with Family Affair Charters through the GetMyBoat website, and I can honestly say it exceeded expectation. The experience was outstanding. The booking process was simple, straightforward, and well explained. Within an hour of submitting my inquiry, I received a detailed quote along with helpful information that made planning easy. I decided to add a couple extras for my wife's birthday and Joy was incredibly accommodating. About two weeks before our trip, I received a text with all the details, directions, and instructions needed for a smooth experience. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Whether by text or email, Joy was always responsive, friendly, and eager to help answer any questions. The day of the cruise was fantastic. The vessel was clean, well maintained, and spacious. There were four adults in our group, and we had plenty of room to relax, enjoy the views, and make ourselves at home. Having full access to the boat made the experience feel even more personal. The Captain is knowledgeable about the local area and shared information throughout the cruise. Joy is an exceptional host. From greeting us at the dock to ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of for the entire trip, her attention to detail and warm hospitality stood out. After a quick safety briefing, we set off for a relaxing and memorable adventure. Everything was seamless, enjoyable, and thoughtfully planned. It was exactly the kind of experience you hope for when celebrating a special occasion. The charter was the highlight of our weekend getaway and created memories that we'll be talking about for years to come. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday experience for my wife.    We had an incredible time with Captain John and Dottie and my pre-4th of July boat party! These two amazing hosts made the event truly special. I highly recommend spending time with such wonderful people and enjoying the beautiful boat. We definitely plan to repeat this experience!

   Me and my husband celebrated our special wedding day with a reception on Aaron’s boat. He let us check out the boat about a month before, so we had a clear understanding of what to expect. Him and his crew member Jeff were always super friendly and helpful in every way. He was always free to answer any questions through text and when it came to the boat reception day, the boat was clean and ready to go. He let us set up early and by the time everyone was on board, about 50 people, Jeff went over safety rules and we were ready to go! We had plenty of food and drinks, including bartenders, and everything was so amazing. They were aware of the weather and knew what route to take for the best possible experience for everyone on board. All of our family and friends had raving reviews about how great the experience was and were very impressed by everything. We highly recommend Aaron’s boat to anyone who wants to have an amazing time exploring the SF bay! Thanks so much making our special day even more memorable!
