   What a great experience! We had a great time with their helpful, supportive and incredibly nice crew. Our little group, including 3 teenagers, had a wonderful time and made many memories. The boat was beautiful and well kept, and we ate like kings. Thanks for the terrific day!

We had 12 adults and 3 kids, and the crew made everything feel easy, smooth, and stress-free from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding—super friendly, responsive, and genuinely accommodating. They were incredibly flexible when we needed to rebook, which we truly appreciated, and they made the whole process seamless. Customizing our itinerary was also effortless, they worked with us to tailor the day exactly how we wanted and made sure everyone in our group had a great time. The crew was professional, fun, and made us feel taken care of the entire trip. And the conch salad was absolutely amazing because it was freshly caught !    Super friendly and knowledgeable crew. Prime Time and Joe made our three hour trip a blast. They listened to what we wanted to do and acted accordingly taking us to three separate stops where we had a ton of fun. I would highly recommend and would reserve with them again.

   We scheduled a two hour tour for 1 pm in the morning after another activity cancelled and I can’t say enough good things about how accommodating this crew was. We had the perfect tour with great stops and got to check a lot of the things we wanted to see in Turks and Caicos off of our list. It was a great experience and well worth the money!
