   Great trip! Very close to the cruise port. Only a $20 taxi ride. Juan and Marco made the day special for my wife’s 50th birthday. They had a banner in the cabin and a cake ready for our trip. The food was very good and the sailing was beautiful. Definitely recommend the el Cielo trip. We have done several sailings with Get My Boat and this was the best one yet!!

   This boat was big & spacious! Perfect for a large party. There was an issue with the boat that made it very difficult to enter & exit , especially for our more senior guests, however the owner had good communication & let me know if the issue the night before. There are additional doc fees as well that we had to pay in cash. Overall , the transportation was arranged & on time, the boat was spacious & the service was great! The staff made our drinks & allowed us to have a great time! I would recommend.

   I’d definitely recommend the whole team that helped run our boat. Amazing customer service, everyone went above and beyond when helping people move to different positions in the boat or handing out drinks or whatever else needed to be done. Everyone was understanding and open when I wanted to get an initial boat check before paying as well which happily surprised me. Very honest and friendly folk. The boat was also very try clean and well maintained. The only thing is the Bluetooth was having some trouble but once we found a good spot to put the connected phone everything was fine.

   Do yourself and your family and friends and even your pet a favor and book with them. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. The catered food we ordered was delicious. The drinks were made perfectly and we never had to lift a finger for anything. This was such a beautiful day and we will return. It was a 100 out of 10 experience. We recommend them 100 times over.

   Great boat, crew and custom itinerary was awesome. Marina was really easy to get to no matter the hotel you stayed at in Cancun. The crew, Santiago and Alex were amazing, served a drinks the entire time and even got us more beer in Isla Mujeres. Overall great experience!
