What distinguishes Will from other fine Captains is his personal commitment to make your experience happen just the way you want it to even when major problems come your way. When we arrived for this evening's cruise, we were greeted with a worst-case scenario. The 30 foot Monterey express cruiser we had booked was unfit for service. But Instead of trying to get us to reschedule the same $300/hr cruiser, Will immediately and voluntarily upgraded us to a beautifully-maintained 45 ft Princess with a flydeck that cost $450/hr for the same price as the Monterey! Once we boarded, he provided continuity of serive so that my wife and I and our Shih Tzu furbaby I had everything we needed up in the spacious flydeck while he navigated from the cabin below. We were in the mood for a soothing sunset cruise down the Intercoastal, and that's exactly what we enjoyed with a skillful and courteous Captain in command.    The crew, the crew, the crew! They truly made the experience. So friendly, fun, and on top of everything—we felt well taken care of from start to finish. As soon as we boarded, they started cooking so lunch would be ready right after our first snorkel stop. That level of thoughtfulness didn’t go unnoticed and really helped the day flow smoothly. They took us to great snorkel spots with lots of fish and reef life to explore, and the whole group had a fantastic time. We had a group of 16, and the boat had plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the ride. Lunch was a delicious barbecue—simple, tasty, and just what we needed after being in the water. One of the highlights for my guests was the banana boat ride—it was an extra charge, but totally worth it for the laughs and adventure. Just be prepared for that add-on. We also appreciated being able to connect with the owner ahead of time—having someone available to answer questions made things easier. All in all, it was a fun, well-run day on the water, and I'd absolutely recommend this charter if you're looking for a laid-back, enjoyable group experience with a top-notch crew.

   We had a large group and several specific requests. Eryn was wonderful to work with ahead of time on all the details and made the planning process very easy. Captain Randy and his crew were amazing. Their service and attentiveness to our group were exceptional. We had a wonderful experience on our outing will definitely be doing this again the next time we are in the Bahamas!

   What an amazing day. They crew was incredible. Attentive, engaging, thorough, just awesome. Not only did we snorkel on a great reef, have our own private beach to relax on, have a shark circle us...but we saw a solar eclipse on a boat, in the middle of the Bahamas. That's truly a once in a lifetime experience. We will be back!

   This was the highlight of our cruise!! It was the perfect way to spend the day at Nassau. We had a large group (16 adults, 3 children) and everyone had a great time! From booking to the end of the trip, it was all handled in such a friendly and professional manner! Next time we are in Nassau, we will use them again!!
