   Seamless. Upon booking we were immediately put into touch with Naikely who handled ALL the logistics. She even made and changed our dinner reservations for us. Both Dayana and Naikely went above and beyond for our group to make sure our experience was perfect. There was no itinerary, we made our own, and the boat took us wherever we wanted to go and when we wanted to go. The Captain and First Mate were amazing. Something to note, I was worried the boat was going to be very rough in the open water, but the boat handled it amazingly. Will definitely book again.

What distinguishes Will from other fine Captains is his personal commitment to make your experience happen just the way you want it to even when major problems come your way. When we arrived for this evening's cruise, we were greeted with a worst-case scenario. The 30 foot Monterey express cruiser we had booked was unfit for service. But Instead of trying to get us to reschedule the same $300/hr cruiser, Will immediately and voluntarily upgraded us to a beautifully-maintained 45 ft Princess with a flydeck that cost $450/hr for the same price as the Monterey! Once we boarded, he provided continuity of serive so that my wife and I and our Shih Tzu furbaby I had everything we needed up in the spacious flydeck while he navigated from the cabin below. We were in the mood for a soothing sunset cruise down the Intercoastal, and that's exactly what we enjoyed with a skillful and courteous Captain in command.    John was such a great captain, He helped with itinerary and was very kind and knowledgeable. Best 30th birthday celebration. We were able to see dolphins and go to the best beach with beautiful water . We would definitely recommend John as a captain and his beautiful boat.

   The conversation for information before was not too good but the trip itself was amazing. There was a captain, some crew and photographer. They did exactly as we asked and cooked a delicious bbq meal for us. They had a full supply of water, beer, and snorkel equipment.

   This trip was amazing! My family of 5 decided to book with Terrence last minute and he was very accommodating of our needs in regards to pickup time and picked us up right at the Atlantis Marina. Terrence was very knowledgeable of the area, making the boating and snorkeling experience that much better! You won’t regret booking this excursion!
