   5 Stars for Frank!! My wife and I were looking for a private, half day boat trip. Frank was easy to communicate with to schedule everything and also arranged to pick us up on the beach by our hotel at Baha Mar. We went snorkeling, saw turtles, and relaxed on a private beach enjoying some rum cocktails that Frank brought for us. We had an amazing day. Frank was helpful in planning our day, he’s a fun guide, professional, and friendly. If we make it back to the Bahamas again, Frank is our guy!

We got to snorkel with sea turtles, visit the stunning waters around Gilligan’s Island, and enjoy some of the clearest water we’ve ever seen. What really made the experience exceptional was Frank himself. He was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating with our four young children. Traveling with little ones can be challenging, but he never rushed us and made sure everyone felt comfortable, safe, and had an amazing time. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and we can’t recommend Frank highly enough.    Captain was really cool! We didn’t receive the same boat the we payed for but luckily it was only 4 people with me so it was no big deal, we made it work. Really enjoyed the entire boat ride with the captain.

   We had a great day with Frank! We loved snorkeling and exploring the area with him, and we loved that he provided some drinks and snacks. Would definitely recommend!

   We upgraded to go out further, have lunch and get hotel transfers. So glad we did! We did not have to worry about anything but showing up! They made us ceviche with our catch right on the boat! Delicious! We speak very little Spanish but it was not a problem at all. There was a little hiccup with the communication but they made it right. Will definitely do again!
