   Great boat, crew and custom itinerary was awesome. Marina was really easy to get to no matter the hotel you stayed at in Cancun. The crew, Santiago and Alex were amazing, served a drinks the entire time and even got us more beer in Isla Mujeres. Overall great experience!

   Had a wonderful time. Diego was easy to communicate with and accurately followed thru with everything we had asked for. The crew was professional and kind. The boat was exactly as pictured (no bait and switch!) and spacious for our families to hang out in multiple spaces. Loved the inflatables! We had 18 adults and kids -but I think anything over 20 (esp if only adults) - would have been doable but would have felt crowded. Highly recommend this yacht.

   Trip was awesome because of the staff. Otherwise a subpar experience. Reasons: FALSE ADVERTISING. This boat is not what is listed in the description. Listed as 2016 model, it is acts 2002 model. The boat was old and not cleaned to my expectations. The indoor area was very much unenjoyable, dirty and old. Also, additional food items that were paid for were missing. Booked Van from resort to marina was fine except for the video playlist that was titled “Negro Mix” on screen. I brought 12 guests here for my birthday and was embarrassed.

   We rented this yacht for a company retreat excursion that included 37 people. The sun deck had enough space for everyone! The crew (captain, stewardesses, deckhands, bartender) were all amazing. From pickup to drop off we were giving 5 star service and everything was smooth! Deigo and Matteo were great to work with and stayed in constant communication with me, making this excursion stress free. We will definitely book with them again for our next year's retreat!

   The catamaran was clean and just as expected. The crew were truly amazing, and the drink service and food they prepared for us was outstanding. They took us to 3 different spots, first a stunning sand bar with sting rays that swam right next to us multiple times, then to a sand bar filled with tons of star fish, then finally to a reef where we swam with tons of bright fish. The entire experience was beyond wonderful and worth every penny! Thank you for everything!

   PePe was amazing. He greeted us at the marina, introduced us to the staff on the boat and made sure we were completely comfortable before takeoff! He made sure transfers were set and on time. He even accommodated us with a last min shopping change and made sure we had someone to stay with us and take us back when we were done! There was a list of drinks and food included in the package, PePe went above and beyond and made sure the personal requests for each person was loaded on the boat on top of the listed things included in the package! The gentlemen on the boat with us during the trip treated us like royalty. The best experience we have ever had, hands down! The guy that Pepe arranged to bring us the jet ski was as kind and helpful as the staff! The kids had an absolute blast on the jet ski and riding behind on the tube!!!! Thank you so much PePe and staff!!! The Cregger party of 6 ❤️
