   I was celebrating my 50th birthday and I originally booked the 44 foot catamaran for 20 of us and 15 were able to go on the boat. We rented the boat on Tuesday October 13, 2026. The entire booking process with Joe was very easy. Joe responded to all my inquiries and messages in a timely manner. The staff on the boat was led by Victor and they were professional, attentive and fun. We snorkeled around a shipwreck for about 15 minutes. The wreck was pretty neat and there were a lot of fish to be seen. We had about 45 minutes of water time near Isla Mujeres where we could chill on the lily pad, swim in the water and dive off the boat. We had a very nice buffet lunch on Isla Mujeres and had the option to walk around the main tourist area or get beach side massages. Our entire group had an amazing time and I would not hesitate to book the boat again. Once again, my sincerest thanks to Joe and to Victor and the boat crew. Jon

   From start to finish this experience was incredible. If we are ever back we will be booking with Tanya, no doubts. She was quick in responding, added lots of personal touches to our experience making it so unique and exciting. The crew on board was incredible. I had written their names down just because they were so awesome I wanted to give them a shout out, but I seem to have lost it. Vicky our host on the boat was perfect. Our captain was so personal and went above to make our trip special. And don’t get us started on the food our chef cooked up- the best. The young man helping was always attentive and helpful. All together the four of them made this boat trip one to remember. Thank you Tanya and team. Looking forward to seeing you guys again (hopefully)

   I can't thank Diego enough. This listing does not show at all what he did for me and my group. I had 100 people and wanted to spend a day on cats, but didnt want to make myself crazy trying to plan it. Diego said I got this. He got me 3 catamarans, transportation, seamless planning, stayed in touch with me for almost a YEAR while planning. There was not one detail missed. He had not 1 but 2 staff at the port waiting for me and my group. They stayed until our cats were pulling away from the port amd were standing there again when we got back. The staff on all three cats went above and beyond. Never an empty cup, never a worry about safety, amazing food and they kept it all flowing flawlessly! For a group of 100 people to go this seamless, Diego and his team nailed it. You want fun and no worries, trust me on Diego and his team!

   Our charter with Joe was truly the best charter experience I’ve ever had! The entire crew was absolutely outstanding. Joe was incredibly easy to communicate with and made the entire process seamless. He even arranged travel for our large group, which made everything so convenient and stress-free from start to finish. Shiva was the absolute best host and went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible experience. Efrain, Fernando, and Garza were also fabulous! The entire crew anticipated our every need, and we truly wanted for nothing throughout the entire trip. The service, hospitality, and attention to detail were exceptional. I would absolutely book with Joe and this crew again without hesitation. Highly recommend!
