   Wow! What an experience. We booked this as a day-after-wedding celebration for 30 of our friends and family. In the fog of everything, I forgot I made the reservation for an hour earlier that I thought and Joe was so understanding and accommodating. Once aboard, the crew was phenomenal! No one went without a drink in their hands, our itinerary was unmatched, and the lunch food & destination was such a nice touch. Our guests kept telling us how much fun they had. Highly recommend!

   The boat was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The captain and crew were professional, fun, and made sure we felt safe and celebrated the entire time.    Sergio and the entire crew were extremely professional, kind, attentive, and truly outstanding. The food was delicious, the drinks were well made, and the chef even prepared a special meal for the kids on board, which was very much appreciated. The catamaran itself was exactly as advertised clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. Tanya, the booking representative, surprised us with a cake, birthday decorations, and a birthday sign, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Overall, the onboard experience felt very luxurious. That said, I do wish it had been communicated to us prior to departure that we would not be able to go to Playa Norte due to the weather. We were unaware this stop would not be possible, and had we known in advance, I would have preferred to reschedule. The water was extremely choppy, and unfortunately every person on board became sick. I have chartered boats many times, and this was by far the worst conditions we have ever been in. When I later shared this feedback with Tanya, I felt the response was dismissive rather than receptive. I was told that I should simply be appreciative of the birthday surprise, rather than having my concerns acknowledged. I was also told that the crew would now “be in trouble with the boat owner” because of my feedback, which felt inappropriate and unfair. This was especially concerning given that my message repeatedly emphasized how exceptional the crew was and that they did nothing wrong. They provided outstanding service under challenging conditions. I am still rating this experience five stars because the crew truly deserves full recognition for their professionalism and care. With clearer communication ahead of time and a more constructive approach to feedback, this experience could have been flawless.

   The Aqua crew was amazing and very accommodating. They were fun and friendly. They picked us up in Isla and we had a great day cruising around the waters. Highly recommend.

   awesome crew! caleb was attentive and friendly and the boat itself was perfect for our group. our group likes to drink so we ran the bar out of liquor but the team was quick to make up for it and ensure we still had a good time. itinerary was suited perfectly for our needs and we were lucky enough to have had a great day of sailing with smooth waters and perfect weather. loved the experience and would highly recommend. only tip i would suggest is to bring mineral based sunscreen/tanning oil with zinc oxide, titanium dioxide and no chemicals (oxybenzone, octinoxate, and octocrylene). they offer options at the dock to purchase but you can save yourself some money doing that. try to bring cash for the dock fee and tip so you arent charged the 5% fee. they were on time with departure and return so no need to give yourself too much of a time buffer for shuttle service. overall great experience with 0 problems, loved every minute of it, especially our time in the water at the beach at isla mujeres! thank you!

   Diego & Lorena were the best! It was an amazing experience. The snorkeling was top notch. Having the boat to yourself is worth it! I would definitely recommend!
