   Nic was an amazing captain! He communicated clearly and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. He even provided a cooler and brought ice for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our favorite parts were the lily pad and the slide. They made the day so much fun! We will definitely be booking with Nic every time we come to Havasu. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing day on the water!

   Jennifer was very quick to respond and answered all of my questions. She was very attentive and gave us options on where to dock that were local to our stay. Captain Shane was awesome! Whenever we are back in town and looking for another ride we will definitely be reaching out to them.

   We had an amazing experience renting a pontoon for my birthday. Captain Shane was fantastic & he did an excellent job as our guide and really made the day special. He was attentive, asked great questions to make sure we were having a good time, and took excellent care of our group throughout the trip. It was truly a pleasure having him as our captain, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great day on the water. Overall, it was an unforgettable birthday experience!

   We had an absolutely wonderful experience and we give that thanks to Captain Shane. His knowledge, professionalism, and his ability to connect with others, stood out from the beginning. He made everyone feel comfortable, welcomed, and included the entire experience. What impressed me most was how attentive and accommodating he was to everyone’s needs, making sure each and every person was enjoying themselves and taken care of.    This was the best activity we could have booked while staying in Laughlin. I could have been on that boat everyday our entire vacation. Captain Shane was amazing. we kept him out way past curfew and he was willing to adjust his time for us. he was pleasant and informative and fun!!! thank you so much for the highlight of our trip. if we ever make it back we will be calling for Shane again. if any of you reading this review are hesitant on booking just do it! book the trip, book the boat, book the captain, you will have the best time ever!!!!!
