They were incredibly flexible when we needed to rebook, which we truly appreciated, and they made the whole process seamless. Customizing our itinerary was also effortless, they worked with us to tailor the day exactly how we wanted and made sure everyone in our group had a great time. The crew was professional, fun, and made us feel taken care of the entire trip. And the conch salad was absolutely amazing because it was freshly caught !    We loved everything! The boat is exactly as described and everything was very clean. The service provided by Captain Romain, Nella, and Clemente was excellent—they were always attentive to our needs. Food and beverages 10/10. They stopped at beautiful spots for us to swim and use the water mat and paddleboards. Everything was 10/10

   This was a wonderful day on the water with our family of 20 ages ranging from 18 months to 65. The boat was so nice, clean and the staff taking care of us were awesome. Great communication pre-excursion and as a travel agent myself I will be highly recommending this to my clients. Would definitely do this again. Our family would say it was the highlight of our trip.
