   We had the pleasure to rent Phil’s pontoon for the day. He was helpful, even helped load the boat with our coolers and belongings. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. Even meeting us at the dock midday to bring us drinks.

   Thanks to Dan for the seamless rental experience. The pontoon boat was beautiful, new and the most comfortable experience we have had on the water. Dan was extremely helpful (even when I let my phone die), and we are grateful for the memories make on the beautiful Lake Norman.

   We had a fantastic experience with Karla’s Boat Rental over Labor Day weekend! We rented a pontoon boat for 4 hours, and Karla truly went above and beyond to make our day on Lake Norman enjoyable and relaxing. She not only provided a great boat, but also took the time to show us around the lake, which was super helpful since we weren’t familiar with the area. We found a perfect spot to park, enjoy lunch, swim,and take in the views. Karla was incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home — we really enjoyed her company throughout the trip. Highly recommend Karla’s Boat Rental for anyone looking to have a great time on Lake Norman. We’ll definitely be back!

   Karla was amazing! She provided detailed instructions before the day of the charter. The boat ride was relaxing and fun! We connected to the bluetooth and played music. Karla came equipped with tubes and a floating mat, which made getting in the lake even more enjoyable. It started raining on the ride back but Karla had blankets for all of us. Everything went so smoothly and it truly was a pleasure! We’ll be back!

   This was a 10/10 boat rental experience! Nick was a quick and clear communicator on the booking side. And Neil was a great captain on the water! We had the best time on LKN! The boat fit our group comfortably and we appreciated the cooler & floats provided. Neil was so kind and really let us decide what we wanted to do (cruise, anchor and float, tube). It was so much fun and I would definitely recommend renting!

   Everything was perfect! Neil helped get all of our belongings on the boat and made sure we were settled before pulling out. He offered us multiple options of what we could do during our time on the boat. We saw some gorgeous houses, anchored and swam, and did some intense tubing. Neil was kind, funny, knowledgeable, and helpful! 10/10 day.
