   This was my first time using this app for a boat rental, and Aaron made it so easy and seamless. He kept open lines of communication.    Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we booked with Katherine to the entire day out on the water with Josh as our captain, everything was perfect. This is truly the best way to experience Lake Pleasant. Having a captain made all the difference—Josh knew every cove, shared fascinating history about the lake, and kept the whole day flexible, fun, and stress-free. One huge bonus: this is one of the very few rentals on Lake Pleasant with full shade coverage from the hot Arizona sun, which made the trip so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Katherine’s communication was excellent and seamless, and the level of care from both her and Josh turned a rental into an unforgettable experience.    We had the best time! Having a captain made all the difference this year. Last year, without one, we ended up slightly damaging the boat’s bottom in shallow water—so this trip felt extra special. Our captain knew the area well and made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy the water in different spots, all without the stress of navigating on our own. It was an absolutely perfect day!
