   Jessica did an amazing job keeping in contact with me the day of our excursion . The yacht was very beautiful and the service was top notch. During our initial arrival at the Marina, we were not sure of the exact pick up point l. Jessica immediately made several attempts to provide land marks and store fronts to ease our worries. Our experience overall was amazing! Will definitely recommend any of my friends to experience her excellent hospitality service.

   Everything was very smooth with this rental. They helped us order champagne to have on board for us. The captain noticed one of our group getting sick and suggested an alternative route that would avoid that. Jessica was very approachable and helpful throughout the whole experience. I would definitely book this again.

   The trip was great! The entire family wanted to stay out for the whole day. Our crew was fantastic, the food was the best Mexican we had on our trip (the Pico de Gallo was superb) and Santos the cruise director was the right man for the job! I highly recommend this excursion if you are looking to party on the water with a fantastic crew.

   We were so excited about our day on this beautiful yacht as it was a surprise gift to my nephew for his graduation. Upon arrival we were told there was mechanical issues and they were trying to get it ready asap. After an hour they informed us it wasn’t going to happen! They were working diligently to find us other accommodations and finally found another boat! Thinking it was going to be a downgrade we walked around corner to see their biggest boat on the dock!! Usually takes out up to 75 people and our group of 6 loaded up for an experience of a lifetime! Our guide Juan waited on us like we were royalty an we set off for a day at sea! Captain Alvaro drove our massive ship to the most beautiful coral reef while chef Barry prepared our lunch. Mario and Juan made the best drinks and the alcohol never stopped coming! The trip was amazing! The food was awesome! The crew made everything perfect! Snorkeling was spectacular! We didn’t want it to end… hands down our favorite day on our vacation! Thanks guys, u did not disappoint!

   Experience was AWESOME!!!!!!!! Big HUGE thanks to our host Ramon. When I tell you, he did an excellent job keeping us not only entertained but truly catered to in every way he could. When he says open bar, they really keep the liquor coming. Big thanks to Charlie our chef for whipping us up fantastic dishes to eat. Loved loved loved the experience. We would also like to thank the captain Richard for getting us to and from the cove safely. We were able to watch a beautiful sun set and enjoy the evening watching the stars and listening to music with the bridal party. Everyone had a really good time!!!!

   We had an amazing experience with this boat excursion and couldn’t recommend it more. The crew took such great care of us and made the entire day fun, relaxing, and seamless. We went snorkeling, enjoyed freshly made drinks onboard, and were treated to delicious food including chicken fajitas, shrimp ceviche, and guacamole. They also took us to a beautiful private beach, which was a highlight of the day. A huge thank you to Lester, Valeria, and Francisco — they were professional, attentive, and so much fun, and really made the experience special for our group. If you’re in Tulum and looking for a boat excursion for a group, this is absolutely the way to go. We would book again in a heartbeat!
