   We had an absolutely fabulous experience with our trip to Icacos! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. We reached out just the day before our trip, and Elie went above and beyond to accommodate our group and make sure our last day in Puerto Rico was one to remember. Her communication was prompt, friendly, and made the entire booking process effortless. Our captain was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. They made us feel safe, relaxed, and ensured everyone had an amazing time on the water. The boat was clean, comfortable, and perfect for exploring the crystal-clear waters around Icacos. If you're looking for a private boat experience in Puerto Rico, I can't recommend this enough. It was the perfect way to end our vacation, and it created memories that our group will be talking about for years. Thank you to Elie, our captain, and the entire team for making our trip so special.    Our family was a mix of ages from 2 to 65+. Manny's well maintained Key West boat kept us happy for 10 days straight. We had ignorant issues along the way, and Manny would respond within 5 minutes every time we had a question. He was so kind as we would troubleshoot the issue; our favorite was when we hadn't attached the kill switch and the boat wouldn't start. What was such a silly blunder was met with kindness and charm. The value that is not advertised is all the activities you can do with up to 8 people, such as going dolphin watching which commercially available at about $69-$79 a person for 3 hours. While it might not be in everyone's comfort zone to pilot a boat, we enjoyed dolphins literally rubbing the boat and playing in our wake. I personally had a dolphin punch my phone with its nose. You don't get that on those tours. Fishing is $450-$1250 per 4 hours. We fished approximately 60-80 hours, we went when we wanted, where we wanted and how we wanted. We went shelling on several islands that can only be reached by having a boat. We have returned with the best shells of our lives, and came across gopher tortoises in the process. How amazing it was for my teenage son to find an endangered animal on his own before returning to our group to share their location. We highly suggest learning about throttle control because, once we did, this boat sipped fuel, allowing us to hit offshore reefs on a budget, running at about 25mph, costing $18-$30 round trip. Returning the boat was again a breeze. We appreciated it so much we really tried to give it a proper wash, and he laughed saying we did great but it always goes to the pressure washer before the next group. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Manny's equipment and services and hope this review helps you make the choice to go all in on the adventures a boat can provide. Because of this experience, my wife has fully approved my dream of getting our own, and that alone is priceless.

   If you’re trying to decide which boat tour to book, this is it. The captain and crew completely made the experience. They were genuinely kind, professional, welcoming, funny, and brought such great energy to the day. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows. Between the stunning scenery and an amazing crew, this was one of the highlights of our trip to St. Lucia. We’d book it again without hesitation.

   Awesome communication via the app leading up to the boat ride, I think day of I had trouble reaching Ellen to figure out where exactly to go (which dock, who the captain was) but she had unexpected phone troubles that day and in the end we only got delayed 15 minutes. The experience was awesome, captain was great, food was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I really appreciated how flexible the itinerary was and how careful the team was with selecting food for our dietary restrictions. Thank you, would recommend to anyone!
