   The boat was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The captain and crew were professional, fun, and made sure we felt safe and celebrated the entire time. They truly helped make my 40th unforgettable. If you’re planning a special occasion, I highly recommend Get My Boat. They helped turn a milestone birthday into a core memory!

   Sergio and the entire crew were extremely professional, kind, attentive, and truly outstanding. The food was delicious, the drinks were well made, and the chef even prepared a special meal for the kids on board, which was very much appreciated. The catamaran itself was exactly as advertised clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. Tanya, the booking representative, surprised us with a cake, birthday decorations, and a birthday sign, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Overall, the onboard experience felt very luxurious. That said, I do wish it had been communicated to us prior to departure that we would not be able to go to Playa Norte due to the weather. We were unaware this stop would not be possible, and had we known in advance, I would have preferred to reschedule. The water was extremely choppy, and unfortunately every person on board became sick. I have chartered boats many times, and this was by far the worst conditions we have ever been in. When I later shared this feedback with Tanya, I felt the response was dismissive rather than receptive. I was told that I should simply be appreciative of the birthday surprise, rather than having my concerns acknowledged. I was also told that the crew would now “be in trouble with the boat owner” because of my feedback, which felt inappropriate and unfair. This was especially concerning given that my message repeatedly emphasized how exceptional the crew was and that they did nothing wrong. They provided outstanding service under challenging conditions. I am still rating this experience five stars because the crew truly deserves full recognition for their professionalism and care. With clearer communication ahead of time and a more constructive approach to feedback, this experience could have been flawless.

   Tanya was an excellent host. Her communication is second to none. She thoroughly answered all questions and quickly helped to address any concerns to put our minds at ease. The boat was absolutely incredible, and the level of professionalism and service from the crew was literally perfect. The food and drinks were delicious and plentiful. They customized our trip itinerary to our desires within the confines of what the conditions would safely allow. I would absolutely recommend Tanya ("Captain") to anyone looking for a memorable day. There may be some slightly cheaper options, but you absolutely get what you pay for. This was the one of the most special days of our lives! Thank you!!!

   We travel a lot and have done many private boat tours. This was a top 10 day. Tanya met us at the Marina to ensure we knew where to go, the crew was so helpful with my mom who walks with a cane to make sure she got on the boat safely. They were all very attentive to our needs. The Chef made the best guacamole we have had. All of the food was incredible. We highly recommend booking with Tanya and her crew you won’t regret it!

   Where do I begin? First, go ahead and book it! Then come back and read this review (just don’t want you to miss your opportunity). Tanya and her communication are second to none. She cares and it shows! Then the catamaran… I cannot say enough of how beautiful, well equipped and truly luxury it is! My wife and I loved being on it for the whole day and wouldn’t have traded the experience for anything else! Truly the highlight of our Cancun vacation. The best of it all though was the crew! Every single one of them showed care, passion and dedication to their craft. The captain (Domingo) kept us safe but also exactly where we wanted to be. It truly was our day and they made sure we felt that! Jeovani the chef… a magician! The food, every single thing, was beautiful in looks and taste! We couldn’t stop talking about the artist that he is, and an overall nice guy to have on the ship with you. Jalil and Sergio, the first mates, truly took amazing care of us! They noticed every detail and were passionate about the care of the vessel and also the care of us. We were humbled by their amazing service! Oh, and Isla Mujeres, the waters around it and the snorkeling are top notch, but we took the experience for the boat and were not disappointed one iota. Thank you to the owner of this vessel who truly cares and has hired an amazing team! Your passion shows through and we were impressed by every aspect of Lumiere and your team! Thank you, thank you, thank you all around!

   Highly recommend this booking from Tanya. She was a good patient communicator especially dealing with the fact I had limited service in a foreign country. Also set up very nice birthday decor and a cake. Sergio was the best host!Giovanni is top notch chef! Domingo was an excellent captain! Vladimir is an A+ photographer! Con: The party eventually had to come to an end
