From the pickup process to the condition of the boat and every captain has been great! Everything has always been smooth and professional. Chris really knows how to run a boat rental business and makes the whole experience easy from start to finish. Consistent service every single time. Definitely recommend them, and I’ll be renting from them again soon!

   Ross was really professional and respectful. The boat is clean, the ambiance was nice, and the boat sound system was amazing. i would totally recommend Ross charter to anyone in need in the lake Travis area or anyone traveling out of town looking for a charter. You won’t be disappointed. Book with him and experience the very good ambiance yourself.

   Had a blast wakesurfing on this boat with captain Grant. The captain gave excellent surf instructions and I was able to throw the rope back to the boat for the first time. Everything went smoothly. Good communication. Pickup was easy. Everything was really easy. Boat made an awesome surf wave. If you want a perfect day on the lake book this boat!

   We had the best experience celebrating my husband’s birthday on the boat! Chris was extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire booking process and made everything so easy to schedule. Our captain, Grant, was punctual, friendly, and an incredible wake surf teacher. He managed to get everyone in our group up and surfing, even me, a complete beginner! It was the perfect birthday celebration, and going out on a Tuesday night made it feel even more special. I would highly recommend Chris and his team and will absolutely be booking with them again in the future!

   I have been booking boat charters with Chris and StaygoldATX for the past three years and have had an amazing experience every single time. I usually go out to wake surf, and Chris always makes the whole day so easy and fun. Pickup and drop off are super convenient, communication is easy, and payment is always simple to coordinate. The boat is always clean, the equipment is great, and Chris is just an awesome person to spend the day on the water with. All of his captains are experienced and do a great job making everyone feel comfortable, and always makes sure we have a great time.

   Casey was the Captain and he was great! We had a boat full of college kids, and all the big kids got to try wakeboarding, and the boys got try wake surfing. Casey was also patient and a good instructor for everyone that needed the right tips and pointers. We would definitely rent his boat again.
