   Excellent staffing at Sterling Sails. We had a great time. Elizabeth and Cody were wonderful. The vessel waa great. Weather was perfect. Couldn't have had a better time. My only gripe was that, after booking, they send you a text message with information, and one of the bulletpoints is an instruction to tip the captain 20%. While i loved the captain, she is awesome, such an instruction violates GetMyBoat's TOS and feels audacious in this economy. (January 2026). It is written as an instruction, not a request, is not mentioned in the GetMyBoat advertisement, and it chips away at the joyfulness of the experience through imposition of pressure to tip. If the boat ownership is not paying their staff well enough, they need to fix that. But to ask consumers to spend $800, and then tell them "wait, now that you've given us $800, we are letting you know you must give us an additional $160," is insanely out-of-touch and quite frankly offensive. Pay your employees better and don't turn a "tip" into a mandatory posr-booking surcharge.

   Rented for my daughter’s birthday and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Communication throughout the booking process was excellent. The Captain was friendly, funny, and made everyone feel welcome. My daughter and her friends had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

   Tyler was responsive and super helpful and accommodating when the hurricane was potentially going to delay our trip. Thankfully it didn’t happen, and we had such a great time with him as our captain! Plus the boat is SO cute, perfect for a bachelorette or girls weekend 🩷

   Had a great time! Slide is super fun! Top deck is perfect for photos!! All my friends loved the claw machine. Would do it again. If it's windy out be careful with floaties ours flew away, luckily we got it back. 3 hours goes by quick so if you can do a bit longer it will be better.

   I'd highly recommend booking with Tyler, and will book with him again in the future. He was very responsive and communicative from the beginning, and the rates were fair and reasonable. He was also a fun person to hang out with and talk to (I was worried who we'd get stuck with when we booked with a captain).

   My bachelorette itinerary was definitely set with this boat experience! Captain was nice, communicative and fun! My group of girl friends and I had a blast dancing to music and enjoying San Diego views. Such a pretty and big yacht! Would recommend to anyone
