   10/10! Perfect from start to finish! Grant was super friendly and knowledgeable about St. Augustine history and all the little fun facts! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun day on the water.

   We would absolutely do this over and over again as we stay down here multiple times a year. St. Augustine is fun and there is so much to do but the be able to take the kids out and see groups upon groups of dolphins and wildlife is just something else. The boat was great in condition music was awesome and the canopy provides plenty of shade! Customer service was on point. Emily responded constantly to any questions and or changes. Their help shows up on time goes over all items counts on pfds and so on!

   This is our second year booking with Emily. I have no criticisms about our experience. The pick up and drop off was a breeze and our Dock Hand Alex was incredibly accommodating and kind. Emily stopped by to make sure everything was in order before we cast off. The boat was in good working order and everything was clean and in good condition. We had a wonderful time again this year and look forward to doing it again every year till we decide to buy a boat of our own. In the meantime, this has been fantastic for us and our family considering we don’t boat enough right now to justify owning one. Emily takes care of all of the “not fun“ stuff about boating so we just show up, sign the papers and hit the water without a moments delay, return, hand the keys back, and walk back to our car. It’s a really great process that they have perfected.

   Everything was awesome! Will definitely rent with them again! All information and communication was great! Quick responses to all my questions! Boat was ready at the dock when we got there so all we had to do was load up, go over safety information, sign a couple of papers, and we were on our way! Highly recommend!

   Coming from someone who's rented boats in other parts of Florida before this was the easiest by far. Vacations are short so every minute is valuable and if want quick and painless call Emily! I emailed to book a same day boat at 7:30 a.m. on a Friday thinking it probably wouldn't happen and had a trip booked for 10:00 a.m. in about 15 minutes. Boat was ready, clean, and the man that got us on our way had all the answers. Would absolutely recommend this company and this will be my 1st call next time. Oh yeah and bonus, we saw soooooooo many dolphins. Thanks Emily!
