I was a little bit un easy with the process of verifying my ID with the account being locked for a period of time, but Michael was able to put my mind at ease and everything was going to be ok, and it was. I will be working with him for future bookings.

   Borys was great! Had the boat in the water ready to go for our outing and was there to help dock when we were done. Very helpful with loading and unloading gear too and going over the specifics of his boat. Would definitely rent again!

   Diego led us on a great tour of Lake Union and found a good swimming spot as well. We had a fantastic day sharing the beauty of Lake Washington with our friends visiting from France.
