El capitán y la tripulación siempre están incluidos en el precio del alquiler del barco. Las cancelaciones con más de 20 días son reembolsables al 100%. Las cancelaciones en un plazo de 14 a 19 días son reembolsables en su 50%. Las cancelaciones con menos de 14 días no son reembolsables. Reembolso completo en caso de mal tiempo o mal funcionamiento. El capitán, el marinero de cubierta, el combustible y los refrescos ya están incluidos en el precio. Se pueden acordar paquetes especiales de alimentos y bebidas.
