If the requested dates are not available, no changes or refunds will be provided. - During the tour, if extreme conditions threaten the safety of the trip, the captain has the discretion to cancel the tour. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and any damage to the boat will need to be covered. - Our boat is insured against all accidents and passenger-related incidents, ensuring your safety is prioritized. - The responsibility for rented fishing equipment lies with the renter. In the event of any damage or loss of equipment, the renter agrees to pay for the equipment before disembarking from the boat. - Additionally, an Angler License is required by law from foreign nationals who do not reside in Turkey. Our staff will provide this Fishing License for you, and this service is included in the price.
