Canoe Hire, Guided Trips and Open Canoe Instruction We are a BCU Approved Centre and aim to provide a high quality canoe hire service and\or guided trips together with friendly advice and information for your journey on the River Wye. We are based in Glasbury-on-Wye, five miles from the famous bookshop town of Hay-on-Wye. The River Wye is the UK's premiere canoeing river and from Glasbury down provides ideal trips for the beginner and more experienced canoeist from March through to October. Our boats are strong, comfortable and clean Old Town Discovery's. We have two and three seater boats with the larger boats able to accommodate a small family (two adults and two small children). We can advise on the most suitable stretches of the river to match your skills and experience and provide all the necessary information (campsites, B&B's etc) for those on multi day trips.
