Rental Agreement  I am at least 25 years of age I must be at least 25 years of age in order to rent equipment from our company. If our staff arrive on site to find that I am not, our company reserves the right to cancel my rental with no refund.  Group Size Agreement | Please Read Carefully I understand and agree that I am being truthful about my group size. If our staff arrive on site on the rental day to find that I have more drivers than originally booked, our company reserves the right to cancel my rental, without refund. If my driver list expands between when I book and my rental date, I will inform your company so arrangements can be made.  By checking this box I agree to and understand the following: • This booking is subject to launch permit availability on your requested date - This is dictated by the Lake Tapps Parks Department. We will attempt to reserve a space for us to launch after your booking has been made. If for some reason we are unable to confirm a launch pass for this date we will reach out to reschedule or provide a full refund. • Launch Lines: Launch lines are inherently unpredictable. We do our best to deliver on-time launches, but we cannot offer free extensions because of launch and retrieval delays. • Lake Tapps Park entry fees:$7.00 - Vehicles and motorcycles Parking fees are limited to one admittance to the park, receipts are not transferable and cannot be reused after leaving the park. No exit/re-entry is allowed.  Weekends at Lake Tapps are particularly busy. We advise arriving as early as possible. The police are often present at the entrance and will turn people away if the park is full. We are not responsible in the event you cannot get into the park. Please plan ahead. Damage deposit policy: -1000 The day of your rental, we need to place a 1000 hold on your credit card. This hold will be released upon the safe return of our equipment, and can take up to 1 week and depends on your credit card issuer. We will not be able to release our equipment to you without first placing this hold. If we are unable to place this hold on your card, your rental will need to be rescheduled. There will be a fee for this. It is very easy to avoid damage to our equipment if you follow our instructions and operate the watercraft in a safe and responsible manner. Recovery of damages will not be limited to the amount of this hold.              Cancellation policy: We have a very strict, but fair, cancellation policy. When a reservation is made and paid for, this is you saying that you want to rent during this specific time. Other renters are turned away because of this, and if you cancel this leaves a gap that is difficult to fill. Please be sure you can rent during the time you request. Making a booking with us constitutes your understanding and acceptance of this policy. SINGLE DAY RENTALS-At least 30 days: Full refund (minus 10% to cover fees) if canceled at least 30 days before the rental.-At least 14 days: Half refund (minus 10% to cover fees) if canceled at least 14 days before the rental.-Less than 14 days: No refunds if canceled less than 14 days before the rental. Rental fee will be held as a credit with us until the end of the season. We will offer one complimentary rebooking. Rebooking subject to availability.-Less than 7 days: No refunds if canceled less than 7 days before the rental. Rental fee will be held as a credit with us until the end of the season. We will allow one rebooking, the rebooking fee is $200. Rebooking subject to availability.-Less than 48 hours: No refunds, no reschedules if canceled less than 48 hours before the rental start time. MULTI DAY RENTALS AND EVENTS-At least 30 days: Full refund (minus 10% to cover fees) if canceled at least 30 days before the rental-Less than 30 days: No refund if canceled less than 30 days from the rental start date. We will hold the rental fee as a credit for 365 days from the original rental start date and allow one complimentary rebooking. Rebooking subject to availability.-Less than 14 days: No refund if canceled less than 14 days from the rental start date. We will hold the rental fee as a credit that is good for the remainder of the rental season. We will allow one complimentary rebooking. Rebooking subject to availability.-Less than 7 days: No refunds if canceled less than 7 days from the rental start date. We will hold the rental fee as a credit that is good for the remainder of the rental season. We will allow one rebooking, the rebooking fee is $200. Rebooking subject to availability.-Less than 48 hours: No refunds, no reschedules if canceled less than 48 hours before the rental start time. FOR HOLIDAYS AND SEAFAIR-No refunds. No rebookings. These are high demand periods - please be sure you can rent during these times if you decide to make a booking. Booking policies: Fueling Policy: Our watercraft leave us with a full tank of gas. We charge for gas used at set rate per gallon. Our PWCs are very fuel efficient, burning between 2-5 gallons per hour, depending on usage. Visit our equipment page for more specifics about fuel tank size and manufacturer provided burn rates. Please contact us for our current fueling rate - this sometimes fluctuates based on current gas prices. For reference, our prices do tend to match, or be slightly cheaper than, on water marina gas stations.
