   A fantastic time!! Hugo’s crew (Chewy, Tony and Chew Jr.) were absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious, drinks aplenty and the service impeccable. We saw whales, enjoyed the ocean (with all of the water equipment they provided), and just had the best time. There were 14 of us and the boat had way more than enough room for us all. We can’t wait to sail with Hugo’s crew again!!

   Hugo was very responsive and provided lots of info leading up to the trip! Crew members were excellent made sure everyone’s drinks were not empty. Waters were a bit choppy during our trip and unfortunately half our group got sea sick but we experienced a beautiful sunset to cap it off the day.

   The captain and crew were amazing and so attentive. Although most of the girls got seasick on the trip, the crew was so nice and understanding and helpful. We had a great experience would definitely recommend this experience and would book again when we are in puerto vallarta.

   We had one the best times of our lives on this boat! From the beginning Hugo got back to us quick and provided all the information we needed to get the trip together. We appreciate his quick responses and accommodations made so we would have all the things we need on the ride. Once we arrived Carlos led us to the boat and got us set up with the boat crew which helped make sure we were going exactly where we needed to. Once on the boat Don Julio, Julio Jr and the Captain were super friendly, funny and hardworking. We drank, we ate and we had an amazing adventure. We cruised our way all the way to Los Arcos, once we arrived we snorkeled. Had such incredible guacamole and ceviche on our way there and back in such a timely manner as well. You can’t go wrong booking them for your next adventure in Puerto Vallarta.

   Hands down the best customer service I have experienced! Hugo and his crew accommodated us at a very last minute booking after our original plans fell through. He was very communicative the entire time and fully explained all additional costs associated with us ordering extra food. The boat was very clean and modern and well worth the cost paid. All of the crew members went far and beyond our expectations and treated us with kindness and hospitality. They also provided us with safety talks and we could tell our safety was very important to them. The only downside to the trip was we didn’t get as much as time in the water as we liked but it’s only because we had a booking time to uphold. It didn’t ruin anything at all but next time I will add another hour to our booking. Definitely book them for your next outing in Puerto Vallarta!!!!

   Awesome experience! The boat was beautiful and the staff were amazing. All of the food was excellent and it was worth paying extra to have open bar available. We enjoyed amazing views of PV and the sunset. And the boat is bigger than it looks in the photos, we had plenty of room for a group of 17.
