   This was by far my most memorable boat experience. Crew was amazing and they made sure we were all safe and having a blast. Crew was super friendly and very accommodating to any and all request we had. Would highly recommend them to any and everyone seeking a fantastic day at sea.

   We had a great time. The boat was perfect for our group and the crew was great to be around. We didn’t have a lot of swimmers in our group so they decided to pivot where we stopped and took us to an area where the water only came up to our waist. This allowed everyone to get out and enjoy the water. Would highly recommend Casper and the crew.

   Nikolas was extremely accommodating throughout the booking process on this platform. Although we agreed on one vessel, our host in Cartagena (Tatiana) gave us a last minute upgrade to a different boat (Armonía) which we found to be better suited to our group’s size and desire for two paddle boards. Armando and Carlos were extremely attentive and flexible despite us being limited to only one destination for a day trip itinerary. We were able to adjust the itinerary and squeeze in 3 stops (playa secreta for snorkeling, ciénaga de los Vázquez, and islabela) during our day trip. We brought our own food and beverages, and Armando always made sure our glasses were full. Do note, the staff on the boat don’t speak English but the coordinator that you speak with before the trip on WhatsApp does.

   Whoever handles the contract on this app is different from the person who actually text you all the information and they do not communicate with each other. Let alone communicate to the staff on the boat. I asked many questions to make sure that I knew exactly what I was getting. I made the agreement of paying extra for drinks and the only thing that my guess on the boat were given was bottles of water and one bottle of Coca-Cola to share. I also changed my itinerary to whatever rules the city has with the boats to be earlier because I had chosen two locations that were going to be a little bit farther away, and I was only taken to one that was not the agreement, and although the staff on the boat is great and it's not their fault because they never were communicated on exactly that itinerary that was supposed to happen I would never recommend this boat. It's a Shame because the staff on the boat is very kind. You told me 10 minutes before we boarded the boat that we were only going to have those beverages which is not correct. The disorganization alone is the reason why do not recommend this boat please go and find a different boat to go on.

   Great experience! Very spacious boat with plenty of seating and lounging space. Very friendly and professional crew.
