   Vincent is the man! We had a great experience with our recent 2-day rental. He was very responsive and accommodating for pickup/drop off. The boat was exactly as advertised. In great condition and perfect for the larger group we took to the lake. We will definitely be renting from him on our next trip to Lake Norman!

   We had an amazing experience renting this boat for our Ladies Day on the lake! From start to finish, the owner was incredibly patient, helpful, and accommodating. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly before we headed out, which made us feel confident and comfortable. We had a small technical issue while we were on the water, but he was just a phone call away. He calmly walked me through exactly what to do, and his knowledge and patience made the situation stress-free. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure we had a safe and enjoyable experience. The boat was exactly as described, and our day on the lake couldn’t have been better. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond for their guests, I highly recommend renting from him. We would absolutely book with him again!

   We had an amazing time on our Fourth of July boat trip! Our captain was fantastic—friendly, fun, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. He let us play whatever music we wanted, which made the day even more fun, and he always made us feel safe and comfortable on the water. You could tell he was experienced and genuinely wanted everyone to have a great time. I would absolutely book with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fun, safe, and memorable day on the lake!

The vessel’s appearance closely matched the photographs, and Captain Travis’s exceptional service further enhanced our experience.    Our family had an absolutely incredible experience! Captain James was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made everyone feel comfortable from the start. The boys had an absolute blast tubing. We also enjoyed exploring beautiful Lake Norman, relaxing, and taking in the scenery. The convenience of being picked up right at our Airbnb made the experience even better. Most importantly, this was one of those experiences where lifelong family memories were made. Those are priceless. If you're looking for a professional, fun, and stress-free day on Lake Norman, I can't recommend Heath and Captain James highly enough. We would absolutely book with them again the next time we're in the area!
