   Renting the PWC from Derrick was a great experience! Communication was great and responses were quick. He explained everything thoroughly and got us on the water in no time. The PWC ran perfectly. I would definitely rent from Derrick again!

   Our experience was wonderful. Pre-vacation preparation was easy, responsive and thorough. Pick up was smooth, and easy to find. I was given a thorough safety briefing, and everything was documented accurately. The jet ski performance was awesome. Navigating back to his dock was easier than imagined and I was sorry my experience was over. Drop off was clear, docking was easy, and instructions for return were a breeze!

   I rented this jetski for 3 days and Thomas was awesome to work with the entire time. Right from the start, he was highly responsive. When he arrived, he offered to provide life vests and inflatables at no charge and he provided a quick lesson to go over the features of the jetski. The jetski itself is so nice! Mint condition, well maintained, and very fast/fun. The radio was also a feature that really put the experience on another level. Thomas was super nice and willing to provide anything he could to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. If I ever want to rent a jetski in Tennessee again, I will definitely be giving him a call.

   Derrick took extra time to explain a few of the more important items related to jet skiing. Very responsive to messages. Jet ski was in great condition and did just what we wanted it to do for a few days. Definitely would rent from him again.

   Jason was so responsive to our initial inquiry & was great at communicating helpful feedback information about his jet ski. It was very easy to pick up and return the jet ski as planned. We had a great time with this jet ski!

   Renting from Derrick was great. Prior to your trip he is very responsive to all questions and concerns. He is very thorough with his instruction and paperwork. Very nice and great to deal with.
