   The booking with SOTO was great - excellent communication throughout the whole booking process. The Jetski was in excellent condition and exceed our expectation. I'll recommend to anyone who want a jetski to book it with SOTO.

   Our experience with Andy was amazing! Both of my kids said this was the highlight of their summer. Andy communicated well, was punctual, the jet ski operated flawlessly and very accommodating to my younger kids.

   It’s not that things never go wrong, but rather how you respond when they do. We had a mixup with the pick up location. No problem, Rosaly extended the rental time. Couldn’t get the seat off to refuel, no problem reduced refueling fee to fair price. Equipment was great, we had lots of fun.
