   The trip with Francisco was amazing! Food was great and he was sure to make the trip a good time. The water and island were gorgeous with lots of space. Would definitely book again!

   Victor was terrific. He came well prepared and stocked for the trip, did terrific with out little ones, and adapted as needed through the night. The only downside was the music on other boats was just terribly loud at Palomino. Not his fault. Memorable experience all around!

   Amazing experience from start to finish. Francisco was incredibly clear and quick with his communication, which made everything seamless. The boat was spotless, spacious, and had the perfect seating area to stretch out and soak up the sun. Our captain, Victor, was an absolute rock star … professional, fun, and made the whole day unforgettable. I would definitly book again without hesitation.

   Thank you Ellen for helping organize our recent boat day — the experience on the water was beautiful, and we really appreciated the opportunity to get out and enjoy it. That said, I wanted to share some honest feedback. I’ve used your services in the past and remembered there being more generous inclusions, especially when it came to food and drinks. This time, the only lunch food offered was cheeseburgers, and there were little to no drinks provided — including alcohol. You had mentioned we only needed to bring towels and sunscreen, so we were caught off guard and had to purchase alcohol ourselves. Given the cost of the day, we were expecting more to be included, based on our previous experiences. It ended up being an additional and unexpected expense, which was disappointing. You also mentioned that you’d be refunding me for the first mate. Could you let me know how and when I can expect to receive that?

   A+ communication the entire time. Impressive boat with tons of amenities, paddle board/kayak/floats/beach chairs/umbrella/music/snacks/lunch/drinks for adults and kids etc…. Captain and crew were punctual, professional, courteous and most important, safe on the water at all times. Very knowledgeable and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Would definitely recommend and use everytime we are in PR!!!

   We had the absolute best time on Ellen’s boat! The crew was amazing and kind, and they took care of our group of 10 with no issues. They always made sure our drinks were filled and that food was out. The island we visited was beautiful and we had the most fun, relaxing day. Ellen was also super responsive and helpful during the booking process. I highly recommend booking!
