   If you have a chance to book a boat day with Miguel, I would definitely recommend! The day was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Puerto Rico. The boat itself was beautiful, spacious, and spotless, and having a bathroom on board made the day even more comfortable. Icacos was the perfect island, crystal-clear water, soft sand, and exactly the relaxing escape we were hoping for. Miguel and his team were absolutely incredible. From the moment we stepped on board, they made sure everyone was taken care of and having a great time. They provided drinks and snacks throughout the day and went above and beyond to create such a fun, easy, and stress-free experience. They also provided tons of floaties and a mat for us to hang in the water and a jet ski! Everything was perfectly organized, the vibes were amazing, and the crew truly made the day unforgettable. I can’t recommend this experience enough, if you’re considering a boat day in Puerto Rico, this is the one to book!

   Our party had a great experience with 787 Yachts. We added transportation through Leonel and got picked up at our house and dropped at the marina. Once we arrived back at the marina, the transportation was waiting to take us back home. The boat experience was amazing - the provisions were more than we expected, the service was great, and the captain and crew were very helpful. I'd highly recommend using 787 Yachts!

   The process of renting a yacht can be a daunting one, however, Lionel and his crew are nothing short of amazing and attentive. Last minute booking and the ability to work with every discrepancy I could think of. The boat was immaculate and the captain Alberto was extremely knowledgeable. Had a fun time. Would recommend this to any person looking to make their time at Puerto Rico a memorable experience.

   This excursion was amazing from beginning to end.This was well worth the price! The island was gorgeous, the boat was modern with all of the necessery accomodoations and more! The staff was courteous, fun and professional. We were a bit worried having had a child with us and it was perfect -she had a wonderful time. The island we were taken to had a breath taking view and the water was just as impressive to be in as it was to look at! The staff provided water floaties, music, a grill for food, snacks and drinks! We were picked up promptly and spent morning and all afternoon in this beautiful space. There wasn't a single thing we asked for that the staff wasnt willing to provide. All in all, a magnificent expereice with top notch service. The communication with Mr. Rodriguez (the owner) was prompt and consistent! Our captain and co captain (Juan and Alberto) were the best. If you're lucky enough to have them, you're sure to have a fantastic time! We will definitely do it again.

   When booking with a company I am always looking for a company that provides quality customer service. Leonel team is so professional and courteous and greeted my party of 10 with a smile upon our arrival. Alberto was the assigned captain on the yacht. He did an excellent job with making sure all guest were comfortable and enjoying their time on the yacht. He provided snacks and drinks. It was an overall epic experience. If your customer service team is not up to snuff, your company will be hemorrhaging revenue. To be honest, quality customer service is not complicated. Essentially, your customers need to embrace these mantras: Be humble Be helpful Be friendly Be knowledgeable Be thoughtful Be useful
