MURRAY SUNSET HOUSEBOAT MURRAY SUNSET has been in survey since October 2010 and is powered by 2x Suzuki motors, and has a quiet electric-start diesel generator in the pontoon with a large inverter system.. Tastefully decorated throughout, featuring 5 queen size bedrooms - or as an option, 3 queen size and 2 single size - with semi ensuite bathrooms which are also accessible from the passageway. A third washroom which includes a washing machine and dryer has access from either the main bedroom or an outside entry. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, gas hot plates, electric oven and grill and a 240v, 520 litre fridge/freezer. MURRAY SUNSET also features reverse cycle air conditioning/heating and a flat screen LCD Television, DVD/CD player and surround sound in the front lounge area. The rear lounge also contains a split system air conditioner/heating unit, a flat screen LCD Television with DVD player and a lounge which converts into a sofa bed. A BBQ, ice box and deep freezer are situated on the back deck. In the event of a cancellation, No money will be refunded until the full period of hire has been rebooked. • A Cash Security Bond is applicable on all boats to be paid on the day of departure to the manager. Bond amounts are as follows: Murray Sunset: $800.00 • All fuel used during the hire period will paid for by the hirer at the completion of hire. • The number of persons MUST NOT exceed the number of berths under the Marine & Harbours regulations. • NO animals, firearms, chainsaws or motor bikes permitted on board. • Travel at night is strictly forbidden. • Proprietors reserve the right to refuse permission to board at their own discretion. • Instruction on handling the houseboat is given before departure. • Boarding & Arrival Time is 1 pm and the bridge opens at 2.30 pm on the first day of hire. • On the last day of hire - Must be at the Big 4 Caravan Park Jetty at 8-8.30 am to pump septic, Then at the Paringa bridge at 9.30 am and be moored at River Murray Houseboats Marina. • Anyone driving the houseboat must be over the age of 18 years and hold either a current Driver or Boat Licence. • No all male or all female crews, unless pre-arranged with the manager plus $1,000 Cash Bond. • Any damage to the houseboat or contents, including losses, is the responsibility of the Hirer who will be charged at cost.
