Sea sickness (motion sickness) can occur to anyone when on board a sea vessel. It is highly recommended to take an OTC medication prior to departure, available in most pharmacies without a prescription. In cases of cancelation, no-shows, or terminating the trip by the passengers for any reason, no refund will be made, and due amounts will still be due in full. On the day of the trip, the crew can only wait for 15 minutes after the start time of the trip for all guests to arrive. Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the start time is deemed a no-show and will be treated accordingly. If the crew deems seas not safe for sailing, we may cancel the trip at any time, including on-spot cancellation. If we cancels the trip, passengers are entitled to a reschedule or a full refund, subject to their preferred choice. All persons shall always comply with all environmental, fishing, health, and safety laws and rules applicable. We may terminate the trip immediately in the event of unacceptable conduct by any passenger. Passengers fully understand that they are boarding a charter fishing vessel to fish in open water. They understand and assume the risks and hazards associated with offshore fishing which include, but are not limited to: - Exposure to sun, rain, lightning, sea spray, and any other weather conditions; - Sea sickness (also known as motion sickness); - Pitching, rolling slipping, and falling; - Injuries, resulting from boarding and disembarking the vessel, aquatic animals, and fishing tackle and gear; - Drowning and death; - Any other relevant risks and hazards. Our company and its members shall be exempt from liability for the risks and hazards, as well as any illegal or negligent actions committed by the persons on the vessel.
