The guest must report their terms to our employees and/or crews for these conditions and fill out our safety agreement. - Boat's shall not be held responsible or liable for failure to carry out its operations as a result of a force majeur, such as Battle, Strike, Riots, Eruption, Flood, Earthquake, Fire, Lightning, Hurricane, Tsunami, Government New Policies & Regulation, Acts of God or other items that may be referred to as a force majeur state and anything beyond Boat's jurisdiction. - Renter is fully responsible of any lost and damages of boat's properties caused by the renter and their guests
