Rates: Inshore Spearfishing • Half Day: $500 • Full Day: $800 Blue Water Spearfishing • Full Day: $1100 What You Can Expect: Inshore Spearfishing We have numerous underwater pinnacles ranging from 7m-27m (20ft-90ft) which are home to many species of marine life, in particular cubera snappers, mackerel, lobsters, and various types of jacks. Trip includes Full freediving kit (fins, wetsuit, mask, snorkel, weight belt) Speargun, Gloves, Knife, water & snacks on the boat. For up to 3 people. Blue Water Spearfishing Costa Rica is known for its giant wahoos, massive schools of yellow fin tuna, and mahi mahi. For expert spearfishers, we have a few offshore pinnacles with depths of 90-130ft. These deeper waters are home to record-sized cubera snappers and amber jacks. Trip includes Full freediving kit (fins, wetsuit, mask&snorkel, weight belt), Speargun, Gloves, Knife, Float & float line. All our spearfishing trips require that participants must have a valid Costa Rican Spearfishing License! Founder, PADI Master Instructor, PADI Freediving Instructor. Originally from the windy and chilly city of Chicago, Brad moved down to Quepos, Costa Rica in 2013 to pursuer a career in scuba diving. He discovered freediving shortly after moving down here and learned to enjoy it even more than scuba diving! He enjoys the discipline, control and freedom that you learn from freediving. In 2017 he became a PADI Freediving Instructor and has been teaching ever since.

Cancellation Policies For all courses and excursions offered the deposit is half of the total course cost. There will be no refund of the deposit for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the course. All cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will be charged in FULL. Not showing up for the course or showing up to late to participate in the course will as be charged in FULL. E-Leanring Courses If you cancel a course after you have received your E-learning link you will be charged the corresponding cost for that E-learning course even if you cancel 2 weeks prior to the course. Holiday Season Cancellations During the holiday season, Dec 20th until January 15th and During the 2 weeks surrounding Easter, there will be no refund of deposits made less than 1 month before the tour date and cancellations made within 2 weeks will be charged in full. If we have to cancel a pre-paid tour due to weather or unsafe conditions, we will re-schedule your tour only if suitable for both parties or refund you in full.
