The Company Boat Captain + 1 Crew are required to be with the boat passengers during the entire duration of the trip. ADVANCE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED to CONFIRM the booking. If customer cancels the boat trip under any circumstances, the amount paid is NON-REFUNDABLE Boats trips are subject to weather conditions. Therefore, the Operating Company or the Boat Captain has the right to cancel or reschedule the boat trip in the event of severe weather conditions. In this case, the customer gets a refund.
