We had an amazing time out on Lake Grapevine thanks to the incredible boat ride experience! From start to finish, the captains were nothing short of friendly, professional, and super accommodating to all our needs. They made the entire experience smooth and stress free by clearly communicating where to arrive and depart, and they were always accessible and quick to respond any time we had a question. Whether we were figuring out logistics or just needed clarification on timing, they were always there with a helpful answer. Huge thanks again to the crew for helping us create such a fun and memorable outing with friends. Highly recommend booking with them if you’re ever looking for a great time on the lake!

We booked a pontoon for 14 people at Lake Grapevine, but the day before, we were sent an address for Lake Lewisville instead. The location change added 20–25 minutes to our drive and caused confusion. On arrival, we were given a cramped speedboat instead of the pontoon we reserved. While staff offered a small credit for water sports, we still had to pay for gas and never got clear communication about the mix-up. Overall, the experience didn’t match what we paid for or were promised.
