RENTAL TERMS: Payment is due at time of booking.The renter must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.All ages for passengers are welcome.The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department requires anyone driving the boat who was born on or after September 1, 1993, to complete a Boater Education Course. You must provide me with proof of your completed course prior to launch, if this applies to you. Please refer to the following link for information about the course. https://tpwd.texas.gov/education/boater-education/I am available to Captain for an additional $100. (Charged Separately) ARRIVAL: Please check-in 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time in order to have every passenger fitted for life jackets and on the boat at the time of your rental start time.  SAFETY: ALL passengers will be provided with a life jacket. Please contact me in advance if you have any small children or infants that will be riding on my boat, so I can have the smaller vests available for fittings. Any passengers 13 years of age and under MUST wear a life jacket AT ALL TIMES while on my boat. I will provide ALL safety equipment, required by Texas Parks and Wildlife, for my boat. I will also provide you with instructions for use prior to launch. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: You may bring any food and/or drinks, including a cooler. (NO GLASS) CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hrs before your scheduled rental start time, in order to receive a 95% refund. Cancellations made any later than the 72 hr grace period are non-refundable.7-day notice is required for cancellations for any holiday rental, in order to receive a 95% refund. Cancellations made after he 7-day grace period for holiday rentals are non-refundable. No-Shows are non-refundable. I will issue you a FULL refund in the event I cancel your booking due to unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
