2 Yamaha VX Deluxe and Sport Waverunners

Waverunner Rental Agreement & Damage Schedule Renter shall be absolutely liable for the return of and for damage to said equipment. Renter agrees to hold lesser harmless for any and all negligence while in possession of or in operation of listed equipment. Renter agrees, on demand, to return rented equipment and all attachments and parts to lessor, Matthew Pate, in same condition it was received, ordinary wear and depreciation excepted. This includes returning the waverunner (s) with full tank of 91 or better octane gasoline. Operating the waverunner (s) in shallow water may damage the jet and/or propeller. Operating the waverunner (s) over sandbars, mud, rocks or anything other than water, will damage the hull. According to the Voyager industries trailer manual, the maximum recommended speed for safety towing the trailer in ideal conditions is 55 miles per hour. Driving too fast canlead to sway, loss of control of the trailer, tire overheating and potential blowouts, wheel bearing malfunctionand other hazards. Renter further agrees to pay, on demand, for all lost items and damage to said equipment. Renter further agrees, on demand, to pay lessor the current full day rental rate of said equipment until such equipment is returned to service. Renter also agrees to pay all cost and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by lessor in collecting any amounts owed by renter under this agreement for rental or otherwise, or in enforcing any of lessor’s controls. Renter understands that this list is not all inclusive but represents the most common itemsdamaged. Upon the return of the rented waverunner, renter acknowledges that an inspection ofthe equipment will be conducted by Matthew Pate to determine whether any damages or repairs will need to be applied.
